Pilates in Dublin with Alicia
I am a Pilates based Movement teacher, qualified with Body Control Pilates in 2017. I turned into wellbeing after suffering chronic pain and fatigue. Movement had a great impact in my energy level and helped me become aware of how to use my body more efficiently throughout my daily life.
Movement is the best way to heal your body and mind.
My training and understanding of the mechanics of the body is constant so I can be able to offer exercises that will help you achieve your goals. Whether you want to play with your grandchildren on the floor, or pick up your shopping bags off the floor without feeling pain in your shoulders. Maybe you need to recover from an injury. In any case, I will make sure you are set for success.
