Classes are private or semi-private with a maximum of 3 students. All classes are 60 minutes long.

Healthy Bones

This class is suitable for anyone who wishes to improve their bone density regardless of their age or level of fitness. If you have a family history of Osteopenia or Osteoporosis this class is ideal for you. I will help you move all your joints and spine in a safe environment.

Pre and postnatal

For a prenatal class you must be at least 16 weeks pregnant.  For a postnatal class you must have had your 6 weeks check following a normal delivery, or you can join 12 weeks after a C-section. In both cases you will need to fill a different  enrollment form. 

Core Pilates

In this class you will work through the main Pilates matwork repertoire. You will develop your technique and skills through a balanced, effective body workout focusing on your core. 

Gentle Pilates

This class is ideal if you are recovering from an injury, operation or illness. We will work through the ABC's in Pilates (Alignment, Breathing and Centering), with the objective of re-energising you after the class. 

Run better

Improve your technique, run faster, longer. You will have tailored exercises to make the most of your running time 


Private class: £60 per session.  5 sessions for £275.  10 sessions for £525 (valid for 6 months)

Class of two: £30 per person

Class of four:  4 sessions for £65 (valid for 6 weeks)

Group classes: 5 sessions for £65 (valid for 6 weeks).  10 sessions for £120 (valid for 12 weeks)

Mum&Baby: 45 minutes session. £10 drop-in's
